The layers

1. Authoring under the standard. 2. AI Quality-Review (advisory). 3. Methodist approval (the mandatory academic gate). 4. Independent validation (methodist review). 5. Audit-sampling of published content. 6. Periodic re-review.

Separation of authority

AI never publishes, marks summatively, or certifies. Teachers draft; methodists approve; examiners mark after calibration; CEA certifies.

Auditability

Every step is recorded append-only and is auditable; the academic record is immutable and verifiable.
